Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Peaky Finance (peakyfinance.com) is operated by Samuele Guarnaccia, the data controller, as part of the Peaky Radar project. For any privacy question or request, email matchyourmail@proton.me or reach us on Telegram. A full formal version of this policy is also available here.

2. Data we process

Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics): cookieless, aggregate page-view and performance data. It processes your IP address transiently to compute approximate location/device stats, then discards it, no persistent identifier or cross-site tracking.

Language preference: stored in your browser's localStorage (key peaky_lang) and reflected in the URL (?lang=). Stays on your device, never sent to us.

Affiliate links: exchange/tool links in the Tools section (e.g. Binance, KuCoin, dYdX, TradingView) are affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to a third-party site that may set its own cookies or trackers under its own privacy policy, not ours.

Telegram: the live feed and signals are delivered via our public Telegram channel. Anything you do inside Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.

Hosting (Vercel): standard server logs (IP, timestamp, requested page, user agent), kept briefly to deliver the site and block abuse. Never used for marketing.

Typefaces: self-hosted on this domain. No request to Google, or any other font CDN, is made when a page opens.

3. Cookies

Peaky Finance itself sets no cookies. Your language preference is stored in localStorage, not a cookie, and never leaves your browser. Analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) is cookieless by design. The only cookies that can reach you here are set by a third party after you click an affiliate link (Binance, KuCoin, dYdX, TradingView) and land on their site, under their own cookie policy, not ours. Don't click through if you don't want that.

4. What we don't do

No account system, no email collection on this site, no ad networks, no cross-site retargeting pixels, no selling or renting of any data. Nothing you type into the calculators is sent anywhere: they run entirely in your browser.

5. Legal basis & your rights (GDPR)

Aggregate analytics runs on a legitimate-interest basis (site reliability, no personal profile is built). Since no account or persistent identifier exists, most GDPR data-subject requests (access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection) have nothing to retrieve on our side beyond what's described above. If you believe otherwise or have a request, email matchyourmail@proton.me. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Italy that is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

6. Changes

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
